This house is now full until 30th June 2018.

This house will be extended and updated over the coming Summer and will be ready for new tenants from mid-September. Tenants wanting to move in earlier will be found accommodation temporarily at one of our other houses.

It will have 6 double bedrooms, all with double beds, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk and a desk chair:
One bedroom is on the ground floor and three are on the first floor. Two new rooms will be constructed on the 2nd floor. Bedroom 4 will be a little smaller than now, to make way for a new shower room, but it will still be a generous double.

There is a bathroom on the ground floor. This has a corner bath with an overhead shower, a toilet and a wash basin.
There will be two new shower rooms (both with a shower, a toilet and basin), on the 1st and 2nd floors.

To get a good idea of what the new bedrooms on the 2nd floor and both the new shower rooms will look like, take a look at the top floor of our house at 139 Moy Road.

Also on the ground floor, the living room will be combined with an enlarged kitchen / dining area, with doors leading onto the large garden. There are still some fine original Victorian features which we intend to retain, including a fireplace and plaster-work.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. It will also have a dishwasher.

The house has gas-fired central heating controlled by a programmable thermostat.
The garden has an area of decking, a patio with a swing hammock and garden table, and can be used for barbecues.

Note costs include bills (gas, electric, water / sewerage, and broadband but not TV). Half rent is charged for July and August if you are not there. There are no agency fees to pay.

The EPC rating of the house is D. Please ask if you would like to see the Certificate; or indeed if you would like to see the gas, electrical or fire alarm safety certificates.

Location

This house is particularly convenient for the ATRiuM at USW and for Cardiff University"s Engineering building, both of which are about 10 minutes walk away. Cardiff city centre is also very close, within 15 minutes walk. Closer to home, there is a good range of shops and take-aways, just round the corner along Clifton Street.
