This house has five rooms availble for next academic year, from 1st July, and there is also one room available now. Note this house is intended for students, and Council Tax is not included in the rent. The rent includes gas, electricity, water / sewerage bills, and the top speed (350Mb/s) broadband from Virgin (but no TV). This house is particularly convenient for the ATRiuM at USW and for Cardiff University's Engineering building, both of which are about 10 minutes walk away. Cardiff city centre is also very close, within 15 minutes walk. Closer to home, there is a good range of shops and take-aways, just round the corner along Clifton Street.
